Cedar Creek Mine Ride (Commonly known as simply Mine Ride) is a mine train roller coaster located in the Fontiertown section of the park. It was built by Arrow Dynamics of Utah, USA. Opened in 1969, the ride is the second oldest roller coaster at the park, after Blue Streak. Cedar Creek Mine Ride has given over 62 million rides in its 4 decades of service.

DesignEdit

The ride is a mine train roller coaster, thus the cars look like mine-carts. The ride is considered tame by today's standards, the ride is still very popular with small children and families.

Cedar Creek Mine Ride is sometimes mistakenly called a wooden roller coaster, however it is actually steel with wooden supports (called a Hybrid). It is one of two roller coasters at the park to feature two lift hills, the other being Iron Dragon, also built by Arrow.

TrainsEdit

Template:TrainsMost of the time, only two of the trains are operated.
